1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
For entrepreneurs, the following applies: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary General Terms and Conditions, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
2. Contractual Partner, Formation of Contract, Correction
Facilities The purchase contract is concluded with DSR & Partners GmbH.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is formed when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Saving of the Contract Text
The languages available for concluding the contract: German, English
We save the text of the contract on our systems, which, however, are not accessible to you.
4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver free of charge.

Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, a self-collection of the product is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:
Credit Card, Debit Card During the ordering process, you enter your credit or debit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal To be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed by PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment modalities to registered and selected PayPal customers in the customer account. We have no influence on offering these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. More information can be found in your PayPal account.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the withdrawal instructions.
7. Warranty and Guarantees
7.1 Warranty Rights Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory warranty for defects shall apply.
The following limitations and shortened terms do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents
for injury to life, limb, or health,
for deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraud,
for breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations),
within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
Limitations against Entrepreneurs
An agreement on the quality of the goods shall only consist of our own information and the manufacturer's product description, which were included in the contract; we accept no liability for public statements made by the manufacturer or other advertising statements. For entrepreneurs, the warranty period for newly manufactured items is one year from the transfer of risk. The foregoing does not apply to a thing that has been used for a building in accordance with its usual use and has caused its defectiveness.
The statutory limitation periods for the right of recourse according to § 445a BGB remain unaffected.
Notice to Merchants
Among merchants, the obligation to inspect and give notice of defects regulated in § 377 HGB (German Commercial Code) applies. If you omit the notification regulated there, the goods are deemed approved unless it concerns a defect that was not identifiable during the inspection. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Liability
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents, we are always liable without limitation
for injury to life, limb, or health,
for deliberate or grossly negligent breach of duty,
for guarantee promises, if agreed, or
as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely, (cardinal obligations) by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives or agents, the liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention.
If you are a businessman within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive legal jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
